If you are an individual with excellent credit and you travel a lot you may want to consider the United Mileage Plus Signature Visa Card. This is especially true for those individuals who travel using United Airlines. This card can offer a unique rewards program for those individuals.
The rewards program is available for the cardholder to earn one mile for every dollar they spend with the card. These miles can be accumulated up to sixty thousand miles a year. The exemption to this limit is for those who are Mileage Plus Premier, Premier Executive or Premier Executive 1K members. These miles do not expire as long as the cardholder is active in a three-year period this includes redeeming the miles.
In addition to the miles they can earn, a 17,500 bonus miles are given to the cardholder when they first use their card. Also a one-way, 1,000-mile, one-class upgrade coupon is given to the cardholder as well as a 25 United discount travel certificate. A few more miles can be earned at some restaurants as well. A few other advantages of the card also include travel accident insurance, lost luggage insurance, a personal concierge service and travel and emergency assistance services. These benefits are an excellent bonus to the rewards program as well.
