The TrueEarnings Card from Costco and American Express offers rebates for Costco customers with average credit who would like a cash back rebate rewards program. Applicants must be Costco members.

The rebate program earns customers 3% rebate on restaurant purchases, 2% on travel-related purchases, and 1% rebate on general purchases. Rebates are issued to customers in their February credit card statement. There is no limit on the amount of rebates that can be earned.

The card also offers standard American Express benefits including auto rental insurance, travel accident insurance, and extended warranty. The card is also eligible as a Costco membership card. There is no annual fee and a 0% introductory rate is offered on purchases for the first three months. A low introductory rate is also offered for balance transfers made in the first three months of card membership.
