A Quixtar Visa Card is a card for people who want to earn additional PV and BV through the reward program. Cardholders earn PV and BV for every net retail dollar they spend on qualified purchases with Quixtar or for every net retail dollar they spend on other qualified purchases.

The card has no annual fee, a low introductory rate for both balance transfers and cash advance checks for the first twelve billing cycles, and a very low fixed interest rate once the introductory rate expires.
