The Orchard Bank Gold MasterCard created by HSBC Bank Nevada had designed a reward card for consumers with an average or limited credit, who do not wish to have a secure credit card with deposit, which is mandatory with all prepaid secure credit cards.
The Orchard Bank Gold MasterCard can assist cardholders, for example consumers just starting to establish credit or consumers trying to rebuild their history, or people to build upon their credit status, of course assuming their payments are made on time. The Orchard Bank Gold does carry several costly factors that need to be considered when applying. However, the interest rate is reasonable, and it will be costly to anyone carrying a large balance. The annual fee for The Orchard Bank Gold MasterCard is $79, plus an application fee of $19, that's a total of $98 in the first year of membership.
Along with the reward program, the Orchard Bank Gold MasterCard card offers purchase protection for any lost or stolen cards reported, and a no-liability for unauthorized transactions. Finally, anyone planning on using this card at participation retailers and merchants that plan on paying in full each month will benefit most with The Orchard Bank Gold MasterCard.
