The OptOne Prepaid MasterCard card is a stored value card designed for people who may have difficulty in obtaining a standard unsecured credit card. A bank account is required to fund the card and the advance payments are used to offset future purchases made with the card. Advance payments can be funded directly from the cardholder?s paycheck and are automatically loaded to the card every pay period. The card can also be loaded at participating banks or through the cardholder?s existing checking or savings accounts.

There is no annual fee for this card, but other fees are associated with the OptOne Prepaid MasterCard Card. Application and processing fees might be offset by bonus rebate, which will be credited to qualified accounts as an opening balance. However, cardholders can expect to pay approximately $200 in fees during the first year.
