The JetBlue Business Credit Card issued by American Express offers business customers with good credit a card with a reward system focused on travel-related redemptions with JetBlue Airlines.
The rewards program allows customers to earn two Award Dollars per dollar spent on services including JetBlue flights, office supplies, car rentals, gas, and wireless telephone charges. Customers can also earn one Award Dollar per dollar spent on all other purchases. In addition, American Express awards a bonus of 5,000 Award Dollars and posts a $50 credit to the cardholders account after the first purchase. Two hundred Award Dollars equal one TrueBlue point, and 100 TrueBlue points can be redeemed for a round-trip flight. There is no limit on the amount that can be earned; although TrueBlue points do expire one year after they are earned if there is no activity on the account, and TrueBlue awards expire one year after they are issued to the customer.
Other benefits include auto rental insurance, travel accident insurance and extended warranty. There is a $40 annual fee and a low introductory rate for six months on balance transfers. It should be noted that interest rates are typically higher than average after the first six months.
