The IN:LA Card from American Express has been designed for consumers that have exceptional credit that live in or visit Los Angeles regularly that would like to take advantage of the benefits and services that are in Los Angeles. One Inside reward point can be earned for dollars spent on general purchases, then double points will be awarded for dollars spent on "City Essentials", for example: newspapers, magazines, movie theatres, dining, cell phone services, cable and dial-up ISP subscriptions, and gym memberships. The points for the IN:LA Card never expires; they also have no yearly limit.

One of the most impressive features about this program is the TUESDAYS IN:LA Card feature. Cardholders could use the card at any participating merchant and on any Tuesday and get 10% off, including, all retailers, spas, and health clubs. The IN:LA Card also provides cardholders with priority passes to clubs, concerts and more.
