The Discover Platinum Card Sea Life Collection is issued by Morgan Stanley and offers customers with very good credit a card with a cash rebate program.

The rebate formula is calculated as follows. Customers receive a 5% rebate on purchases made at specified retailers, up to 1% on general purchases and 0.25% on select warehouse club purchases. A Double Cashback Bonus can be earned when customers redeem rebates for gift certificates with Discover Card Partners. There is no annual limit on the amount of rebates to be earned and rebates do not expire as long as there is activity on the account in a three-year period.

This card also offers platinum level benefits including auto rental insurance and travel accident insurance. There is no annual fee and a 0% introductory rate is offered on purchases and balance transfers for the first 12 months.
