The CitiBusiness®/AAdvantage® MasterCard® issued by Citibank offers customers with very good credit a card with a rewards system focused on travel-related redemptions within the American Airlines AAdvantage® program.

The rewards program earns customers one mile per dollar spent on all purchases. Additionally, 20,000 bonus miles are awarded after the first purchase is made. Customers can earn a maximum of 150,000 miles per year and miles do not expire unless the account is inactive for a three-year period. AAdvantage® miles can be redeemed for free or discounted travel services including airline tickets, hotel accommodation and auto rental from American Airlines and its partners. Typically, for most domestic flights, a round-trip coach ticket costs 25,000 AAdvantage® miles.

Other benefits include travel accident insurance and other travel services, extended warranty, and auto rental insurance. There is a $75 annual fee which is waived for the first year. Interest rates are higher than average for a business card, so customers should consider paying off monthly balances in full to avoid charges.
