If you make a purchase within sixty days of receiving your card, you will earn points that you can use on any airline. There are no blackout periods and your points will never expire as long as you make one purchase every three years. There are other ways to earn points as well. Every time you use your Citi PremierPass Card Elite Level at the grocery store, drugstore, or gas station, you will earn two points. You will earn one point for other purchases.
