The Citi Diamond Preferred Card issued by Citibank offers consumers with good credit rating a credit card with Citibank's impressive Identity Theft Solutions.
The card offers a Price Protection program unique to Citibank that refunds the difference on purchases made if the customer buys an item and later finds it advertised at a lower price within 60 days of the original purchase. The Price Protection program is valid for price differences of up to $250.
As part of Citibank's added security measures, customers can have their photograph added to the front of their credit card. Other benefits include auto rental insurance, discounts on auto rental, travel accident insurance, and online statements. There is no annual fee and there is a 0% introductory offer on purchases and balance transfer for 12 months, although there is a balance transfer fee.
