The Chase Platinum MasterCard offers customers with a very good credit rating a platinum card which carries a reward system for a variety of goods and services.

The rewards program earns customers one point per dollar spent on all purchases. Points are exchanged for cash, travel services, gift certificates and other commodities. A maximum of 60,000 points may be earned each year and unused points expire if not used in five years.

Other benefits with this card include auto rental insurance, travel accident insurance, online account services, and extended warranty. There is no annual fee, and a 0% introductory rate is offered on purchases and balance transfers for the first 12 months. Customers who can pay off monthly balances in full will avoid interest charges after this period.
