You can expect a reasonable interest rate on the Capital One No Hassle Premium Miles Rewards Card, as well as a high credit limit (variable based on personal credit rating). There is no annual membership fee for this card, and, under normal circumstances, no balance transfer fees incurred. You will receive a reasonable interest rate on all balance transfers, as well.
