The Amazon.com Platinum Visa Card issued by Chase is aimed at consumers with excellent credit who shop frequently at Amazon.com. This card offers a rewards program which will earn the cardholder three points per dollar for purchases made at Amazon.com and one point per dollar for all other purchases. For every 2,500 points accumulated on the account, a $25 Amazon.com gift certificate is issued. There is no limit on the amount of points that can be earned.

This card also offers other standard benefits including auto rental insurance, travel accident insurance, and online statement services. Multiple cards can be given to employees for business use which will also earn points for the cardholder. There is no annual fee and a 0% introductory rate is offered on purchases and balance transfers for the first six months; although interest rates are typically higher than average after this point.
