Cialis Price Comparisons, Micardis And Cialis - Purchase Using Pay Pal
Okay, so a lot of credit cards are bad deals. But if you play your cards right (pun intended), you can make the most of your credit card. First of all, non-rewards credit cards are pointless. Why even have a credit card if you can't earn free stuff? That said, this list contains only rewards-type cards. Second of all, any cards with annual fees are bad deals. (What is this, a country club membership?) That said, none of these cards have annual fees attached. Thirdly, we realize that nerds, bloggers, and Digg users are not all one and the same, but their interests do tend to overlap, so please don't feel too offended by being lumped in with the nerds if you happen to be a hipster blogger.
1. Chase Amazon.com Platinum Visa Card
Obviously, Amazon.com has everything for geeks, ranging from computer peripherals to books to video games. (I probably spent close to $5,000 there last year alone!) With the Chase Amazon.com Platinum Visa Card, you can earn the fairly standard one point to one dollar. But you'll earn three points for every dollar spent at Amazon.com.
2. Chase Newegg.com Preferred Account Card
This card surely is every computer geek's financial fantasy. With a Newegg.com preferred account, you will save 1.1% on every purchase, and for purchases of $500 or more, you can choose to pay nothing for six months.
3. Toys R Us Visa Platinum Card from Chase
For all of you Star Wars action figure collectors or Lego Mindstorm robot builders, the Toys R Us Visa Platinum Card from Chase is for you. With every Toys R Us purchase, you earn 4% toward a future rebate. For purchases made at any other store worldwide, you will earn 1% toward a future rebate. When your rebate dollars total $10, a $10 Toys R Us certificate will be sent your way so you can save on the newest Mindstorm NXT port. There is no limit to the number of certificates you can earn, but they must be redeemed within one year. So, if you're already spending $15,000 per year with your credit card, you might as well be earning $150 toward free stuff from Toys R Us, right?
4. Advanta Platinum Rewards BusinessCard MasterCard
For those of you who have managed to quit your real job and blog fulltime for your own small business, the Advanta Platinum Rewards BusinessCard MasterCard allows you to pay for all of your blogging-related expenses and earn rebates while doing so. You will earn a 5% back on computers, computer supplies, electronics, office supplies, online advertising, and utilities and telecommunications, plus a 1% rebate on all other purchases.
5. MLB Extra Bases Card
Who cares about baseball? But, hey, with this card, you can earn a free iPod Nano after spending just $2,000.
6. Borders 3.2.1 Visa Card
This card will earn you a standard one point per $1 spent. But you'll earn three points for every $1 spend at Borders or Waldenbooks. The Borders rewards card will be great for all of those computer books you buy, or Bob Woodward's State of Denial for all of you left-wing bloggers.
7. Blue Cash from American Express
For those of you who are fed up with all of these cute little rewards and just want cold hard cash, this is the card for you. There are not points or miles or rewards to redeem. You simply get 1.5% cash back on general purchases and 5% cash back on grocery store, drugstore, or gas station purchases. What's cool about the Blue Cash card is it is contactless. The RFID chip embedded in this card's plastic allows you to simply wave it over specially equipped point of sale readers for a quick transaction at the 7-Eleven, McDonald's, or movie theater near you.
8. Blue Sky from American Express
There are three types of airline rewards cards — 1) cards with good rewards but high annual fees, 2) cards with no annual fees but poor rewards, and 3) Blue Sky from American Express, which gives you good rewards for no annual fee. With this card, you will earn one point for every dollar spent. Redeeming rewards is easy. Just your next flight to SXSW or Gnomedex as you normally would. When the purchase appears on your online statement, you can remove the charge by applying your points.
9. IN:NYC/IN:LA/IN:CHICAGO Card from American Express
Okay, just in case you are a hipster blogger and not just a lonely, nerdy computer geek, this card allows you to get out of your mom's basement and enjoy a night outside in the real world, well at least in Los Angeles, Chicago, or New York City. Your everyday purchases will earn you one point for every dollar spent. Your purchases on what American Express deems as "city essentials", such as newspapers, cell phone bills, cable bills, gym memberships, etc., will earn you two points for every dollar spent. This card also acts as a VIP card in these three cities, allowing you special priority access to concert tickets, clubs, and more.
10. Upfront Reward Visa Card
For those of you in credit card debt, you may as well get something for it, say a free Lenovo notebook. If you're about $5,000 deep in credit card debt and don't plan to dig your way out any time soon, consider transferring that balance over to the Visa Upfront Reward Card. If you maintain a minimum $3,500 balance on the card for 18 months, you can earn a free Dell notebook or desktop, HP notebook, Lenovo notebook, or HD flat screen. Sure, you'll be paying interest on your balance every month, but if you were going to be in debt anyway, you might as well be in debt in style.
